Why is your account in Trial Mode, what does this mean and how to keep full access?

Intro

if you've registered Airthings for Business devices but haven’t activated a subscription, your account will automatically be placed in trial mode. This article explains what trial mode is, what happens if no subscription is started, and how to activate a subscription to keep full access to your data and features.


Why am I in trial mode?

When we detect devices linked to an account without an active subscription, we place the account in trial mode. This gives you temporary access to the full set of features so you can explore the value of the Airthings for Business platform.


What features are available during the trial?

During trial mode, you have full access to the Airthings Dashboard.


What happens when the trial ends?

If a subscription is not activated by May 1st, your account will be downgraded to the limited plan.
