Business Dashboard: getting access

How do you get access to the Airthings for Business Dashboard, and who can you ask?

Updated this week

Intro

To access the Airthings for Business Dashboard, you will need an email invitation, as it is not possible to create an account on your own. Once you’ve purchased your devices, the person or vendor you bought them from will send you an email with the invitation to access the dashboard.

The steps to gain access will vary depending on whether your company already uses the dashboard or if you are a new customer. Follow the guide below to determine the appropriate action based on your situation.

Detailed steps to access the Airthings Business Dashboard

My Company Already Uses the Business Dashboard

If your company already has an active account on the Airthings Business Dashboard, access can be granted internally by your organization's admin.

  • Action: Contact your company's dashboard administrator or colleagues and request that they invite you to the dashboard. This process ensures proper management of user access and helps your organization maintain control over who can view and edit data.

I am a new customer and bought devices from another vendor (not Airthings)

If you're a new customer and purchased your Airthings devices from a third-party vendor (not directly from Airthings), the vendor is responsible for granting you access to the dashboard.

  • Action: Kindly request your vendor to send you an email invitation to the Airthings Business Dashboard. Once they provide access, you’ll be able to start managing your devices on the platform.

I am a new customer and bought devices directly from Airthings

If you purchased your devices directly from Airthings and do not yet have dashboard access, contact Airthings Business support for assistance.

  • Action: Reach out to Airthings Business support with your company name and details about the purchase, including where and from whom you bought the devices. Business support will then assist you with the setup and provide access to the dashboard.
