Warranty coverage
Airthings provides a 12-month hardware warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, Airthings will repair, replace, or refund any defective or non-conforming product at no additional cost, provided the conditions below are met.
Replacement conditions:
The product has not been tampered with
The product has not been physically damaged
The product has not been exposed to conditions outside of the product specifications
If Airthings deems it necessary to inspect the defective unit, a return label will be issued and sent to the customer.
