Intro
One or more of the organizations you manage has been moved to the limited plan. This happens when an account has active devices but no active subscription covering them.
On the limited plan, your customer retains basic dashboard access but loses key features, including data download, reports, alerts, insights, and integrations.

How to find affected accounts
Log in to the Partner Portal and review your managed accounts. Filter for accounts showing 0 seats, these are accounts without an active subscription.
How to restore full access
Add a subscription to the affected account through the Partner Portal. Follow the steps in the Subscription Management guide.
Once a subscription is active, the account automatically returns to the full plan.
Preventing this going forward
Airthings requires an active subscription for each account with devices. Accounts with 0 seats will be moved to the limited plan, and we will extend this to all accounts where seats do not cover the number of active devices over time. We recommend reviewing your portfolio regularly to ensure all active devices are covered by a subscription.
