Introduction
Airthings for Business now provides you with the tools you need to manage your own subscriptions:
Easier access to your subscriptions and payments in your Dashboard.
Start a new subscription, or add extra seats to an existing one with a few clicks.
Please note that hardware orders still need to be placed with your local sales manager at Airthings for Business.When starting a new subscription or adding extra seats to an existing one, you can now easily update with the correct purchase order reference (PO).
Your subscriptions
Navigate to Account and Subscription in your Dashboard.
If you don't have subscriptions, you will see:
1) Your payment details
2) Your deployed devices
3) The option to create a subscription.
If you have 1 or more subscriptions, you will see:
1) Your payment details
2) Your deployed devices
3) The option to add seats to your existing subscription, or to create a new subscription.
4) Your existing subscription(s)
Add seats or Create a new subscription?
Add seats
Will add more seats to an existing subscription at a prorated cost based on the subscription’s remaining term. Invoicing dates remain the same.
Create subscription
Creates a separate subscription which renews on a separate invoice every term. Each subscription will have its own invoice.
Create a new subscription
To create a subscription, click on Create Subscription
Choose the Start date and add your PO
The start date can be
in the past if you have already installed the devices.
in the future for future device installations.
Add a PO: this reference number will appear on the invoice.
Add seats
On the left, you have the option of adding seats. The number of seats you add, needs to correspond with the number of deployed devices.
Choose the Service period:
1 year
3 years (10% discount)
5 years (15% discount)
After adding the seats and choosing your service period, you will see an estimated cost for the subscription.
In the example above I have deployed 3 devices: 1 Space Pro, 1 Space Plus, and 1 Space CO2 Mini. When adding seats, I simply match the number of deployed devices. If I know I will deploy more devices, I can buy more seats now or I can also add seats later.
Review purchase
Bill subscription in a separate invoice: If you have multiple subscriptions, you can choose to receive a separate invoice for your subscription.

Agree with the purchase and accept the terms and conditions
Confirm the purchase
Congratulations! You have now placed your subscription order!
Adding seats
To add seats to an existing subscription, click on +add seats
If you have multiple subscriptions you need to select the subscription where you want to add seats:

Select the amount of seats you want to add:
In this example, I already had 2 seats for Space Pro. I have added 4 extra seats, so I have 6 seats for Space Pro. I have also added 3 seats for the Space CO2 Mini. So in total, I go from 2 seats to 9 seats.
When you have added the correct amount of seats, click on Review Purchase
Review and confirm
Here you:
Review the purchase of the extra seats
Agree to add seats and accept the terms and conditions
Confirm the purchase of the extra seats
Congratulations! You have now purchased extra seats!
Changing PO references
You can change a PO reference on any of your existing subscriptions at any time.
Click the dropdown of an existing subscription you would like to update
Then click Update PO reference
Update and confirm
Enter your new PO reference then click Update
Once you update your PO reference, it will show up on your next subscription renewal.
