Partner Portal: status page

The Status page gives you a complete overview of your customers, their account structure, buildings, Hubs, and devices. It is the fastest way to check the health of all installations and quickly search for devices.

Customer overview

You’ll see a list of all customers linked to your partner account. For each customer, you can see the total number of buildings, hubs, and devices, as well as how many of them are offline.


Account structure

Click a customer to expand their Buildings.
You can see:

  • Each building

  • Number of Hubs and devices

  • How many are online/offline


Device list and status

Inside each building, you’ll find a list of all devices, including:

  • Name

  • Device type

  • Serial number

  • Floor

  • Status


Search for a device

Use the Search Devices function at the top right of the page to quickly find any device.


You can search by:

  • Serial number

  • Device name

As a result, you will see:

  • Device name

  • Serial number

  • Customer account

  • building

  • Space

This is the easiest way to locate a specific device across all customers and buildings, especially useful when handling support requests.

If you receive a device back from a customer but it still appears to be registered somewhere, you can use the search function to see which account it belongs to. From there, go to the account and remove the device.
