Airthings X Lindab
Airthings and Lindab have collaborated to create a solution that enables retrofitting smart Variable Air Volume (VAV) dampers, which automatically regulate air circulation in rooms or zones within a building. Airthings’ wireless IoT sensors communicate directly with Lindab's UltraLink dampers over Bluetooth. The sensors measure temperature, humidity, and CO₂, sending the data to the Lindab dampers, which adjust air volumes automatically.
Simultaneously, the Airthings sensors send the data to the Airthings Cloud solution, enabling remote monitoring and analytics to further optimize indoor air quality (IAQ) and building performance.
Supported Airthings devices
Currently, three Airthings for Business devices support the Lindab Ultra BT solution:
Space Pro
Space CO₂
Space CO₂ Mini
