The device may already be enrolled in your account. Check your device list to confirm.

Communication errors in the Airthings for Business app could point to a bluetooth or firmware issue. Follow the steps below:
Bluetooth
Make sure your phone and the Airthings app are up to date
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
Confirm the battery tabs have been removed and the device is powered on:
Wave in front of the device (Space Plus, Space Pro, Space CO2)
Press the Airthings logo (Space CO2 Mini)
Firmware
Remove the battery tab and confirm the device is powered on (see above)
Try enrolling the device via the Airthings for Business Dashboard instead of the app
If enrollment is successful, allow up to 8 hours for the Hub to push a firmware update
