IAQ Report

The IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) Report gives you a clear, shareable overview of air quality performance in your building over a selected time period. It is designed for building managers, workplace leaders, and stakeholders who need to:

  • Understand overall indoor air quality trends

  • Compare air quality across spaces

  • Document IAQ performance for internal reviews or external reporting

  • Identify periods or locations that may need ventilation or operational improvements

IAQ reports are generated from data associated with your Spaces. The history stays tied to a Space even if devices have been removed.

When should you use the IAQ Report?

Use the IAQ Report when you want:

  • A high‑level summary of air quality rather than live data

  • A downloadable or shareable document (PDF)

  • To review historical performance over days, weeks, or months

How to generate an IAQ report

  1. Go to the Reports section:
Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu in the Business Dashboard.

  2. Select the IAQ report:
Find the Indoor Air Quality Report and click Explore.

  3. Configure the report:

    • Building: Choose the building you want to report on.

    • Spaces: Select the Spaces you want to include. By default, all Spaces are selected.

    • Sensors: Pick which sensors to include (by default CO₂, temperature, and humidity).

    • Company logo: Show your company logo on the report

    • Time period: Select the range of data you want to include (up to one year).

  4. Generate the report:
Click Generate report. When ready, you can view it, download it as a PDF, or share it with others.

The graph with the average IAQ values will only appear when you have selected a period of 31 days or less. Tables will still include averages, minimums, and maximums for longer periods.

What’s included in the IAQ Report?

The report includes:

  • An overview of indoor air quality for the selected building and time period

  • Average IAQ levels during and outside opening hours

  • Average, highest, and lowest measured values per Space

  • Identification of Spaces with overall and occasional poor IAQ levels
