Partner Portal: delete a customer

Use this article to understand when and how you can delete a customer account in the Airthings Partner Portal.

Why delete customers?

Over time, you may create accounts for proofs of concept (POCs), demos, or customers who have since churned. To keep your Partner Portal clean and organized, you can delete customers that you no longer manage.

⚠️ Important: Read Before Deleting

Deleting a customer account permanently removes it and cannot be undone. Make sure you have exported or recorded any data needed before deleting the account.

Prerequisites

Before you can delete a customer account, the following must be completed:

  1. No active subscription

    • You will only see the option to delete an account if there are no active subscriptions.

    • To manage or stop a subscription, contact business-support@airthings.com with the customer and subscription details.

  2. All devices removed

  3. Users removed

Deleting a customer

Once all prerequisites are met:

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal.

  2. Navigate to the customer account you want to delete.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the account details page.

  4. Click Delete organization.

  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

After confirming, the account will be permanently removed from your Partner Portal.
