The Status page gives you a live overview of all your hubs and devices across your buildings. Here's how to see the status of each building, quickly find a specific device, and export your full device list to Excel.
Account Status Page
The Status page gives a general overview of the status of your devices across the whole account. For a more detailed view, click a building name to open its building status page.
Finding a building or device by name or serial number
You can search for any building or device directly from the Status page using the search bar.
Go to Status in the left-hand menu.
Click the Search bar in the top right of the page.
Type the building or device name or the device serial number (SN).
You can click on:
The building name: this will take you to the building status page
The device name: this will take you to the space where the device is installed, so you can see the indoor air quality (IAQ) data.
Exporting your device list to Excel
You can download a full list of all your devices as a CSV file, which can be opened directly in Excel.
Go to Status in the left-hand menu.
Click the CSV button next to the Summary label at the top of the page.
The file will download automatically to your computer.
Open the file in Excel.
The exported file includes the following columns:
Column | Description |
Building | The building the device is assigned to |
Name | The name of the device in the dashboard |
Type | The device type |
SN | The serial number of the device |
Status | The device status: online, offline, low battery or battery dislodged. |
RSSI | The last known signal strength of the device. Values closer to 0 mean a stronger signal. |
Battery | The last known battery level |
