The Status page gives you a live overview of all your hubs and devices across your buildings. Here's how to quickly find a specific device and how to export your full device list to Excel.
Finding a device by name or serial number
You can search for any device directly from the Status page using the search bar.
Go to Status in the left-hand menu.
Click the Search bar in the top right of the page.
Type the device name or serial number (SN).
The list will filter in real time to show matching results.
Exporting your device list to Excel
You can download a full list of all your devices as a CSV file, which can be opened directly in Excel.
Go to Status in the left-hand menu.
Click the CSV button next to the Summary label at the top of the page.
The file will download automatically to your computer.
Open the file in Excel.
The exported file includes the following columns:
Column | Description |
Building | The building the device is assigned to |
Name | The name of the device in the dashboard |
Type | The device type |
SN | The serial number of the device |
Status | Whether the device is online or offline |
RSSI | The last known signal strength of the device |
Battery | The last known battery level |
