The reset button
The reset button is located at the back of the Space Pro/C02/Radon monitor, above the battery compartment. It serves multiple purposes and can be pressed using a pin or any thin, pointed object.
How to reset your Space Pro/ Space CO2/ Space Radon
To reset your monitor:
Press and hold the reset button for approximately 5 seconds.
A countdown will appear on the display, confirming the reset process.
How to view device information
By pressing the reset button briefly, you can cycle through the following information screens:
1. Battery level
2. SmartLink status
Displays the connection status with the Hub.
3. Wi-Fi IP and MAC addresses
Note: Because the Space Pro/ Space CO2/ Space Radon does not connect directly to Wifi, these addresses will be empty.
4. Serial number and ID
Note: the serial number and ID are also available on a label at the back of the monitor where the batteries are stored
