How to reset your monitor and view battery level, connection status and serial number

The reset button is located at the back of the Space Pro monitor above the batteries and it serves several purposes. Use a pin or thin, pointed object to press the reset button.

To reset your Space Pro

To reset your monitor, press and hold the reset button for approx. 5 seconds. A countdown will appear on the Space Pro display:

To view more information about your Space Pro

By shortly pressing the reset button each time, you can view the following information:

1st Screen - Battery Level:

2nd Screen - Smartlink: This is the connection with the hub

3rd Screen - Wifi IP address and MAC address:

Note: Because the Space Pro does not connect directly to Wifi, these addresses will be empty.

4th Screen - Serial number and pairing code:

Note: the serial number is also available on a label at the back of the monitor where the batteries are stored
