Please read if you have any questions on the sunsetting process of your Balance / Airtight product.

Airthings ASA has discontinued the Balance / Airtight hardware devices in 2022, our next step is sunsetting the online subscriptions and support services.

Our customers and partners with active Balance / Airtight subscriptions have received the below message:

Airthings ASA will discontinue the online subscription and support services for all Balance/Airtight products.

Our Balance product reached its end of life following our discontinuance of Balance/Airtight hardware production in 2022.

Balance/Airtight support services will conclude on March 31st, 2023.

Subscription services for Balance/Airtight are not available for purchase. Customers & partners with an active subscription or active Airtight/Balance device will be contacted and presented with a solution on a case-by-case basis.

We like to thank all our customers who have supported and purchased Balance/Airtight products & subscriptions. We hope to continue our relationship through our other industry-leading IAQ products.

Why are the Balance/Airtight services being discontinued?

  • We are finishing out the end of life of this product. As the production for this device stopped in 2022 this is the next natural step of sunsetting Airtight/Balance.

What will happen to my device after my subscription ends?

  • You will have access to device information for as long as your subscription is running. Once the subscription renewal date rolls around, it will be canceled automatically.

  • Once canceled, we ask that you recycle your device at an E-Waste facility.

Will I be able to download my historical data?

  • Yes! All data will be available for download in your business dashboard. Contact us if you’re not sure how to facilitate this.

I have a long lasting subscription for this device, what happens to the rest of my subscription term?

  • We’re contacting all of our partners & customers who have an active subscription, if you have not gotten an email from us yet, please contact us at Business-support@airthings.com
