Resolve an issue with mismatched language settings

The Airthings for Business dashboard has built in support for six languages. Some English speaking users may find that the interface is in the correct language but the Insights and Status pages are in Norwegian. There is an easy fix!


  1. Navigate to Account in the leftside menu.

  2. Locate the User Settings section.

  3. Change the language from English US (fallback) to English US.

  4. Save the change.
