Intro

There are rare instances where users may face issues accessing the Airthings for Business dashboard after accepting an invitation. When this occurs, login attempts may result in either a blank page or an error message. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to help identify and resolve the issue.


Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Log in using a private window:

    • If successful: Clear the cache or browser history and try again in the main window.

    • If unsuccessful: Proceed to the next step.

  2. Log in using a different browser:

    • If successful: Update your main browser to ensure compatibility.

    • If unsuccessful: Continue with the next troubleshooting step.

  3. Log in on a different device:

    • If successful: Continue to investigate other potential local device issues.

    • If unsuccessful: Move to the next step.

  4. Log in using a different network:

    • Tip: Try logging in to the dashboard on your phone using a cellular connection (5G) instead of Wi-Fi. This helps you bypass potential network issues tied to your local Wi-Fi.

    • If successful: Check for active firewalls or network configurations that may be blocking access.
